Then the pet is taken to a transit area that works thanks to donations from the society.  The animals stay in a temporary home until the animal is adopted by a family.

The members of the group make it clear that this place is not a hostel and that, in order to continue developing the work, they also receive the support of some veterinarians.

The group has been in existence for just over three months, so far, the Esquadrão Orelhinhas has rescued and cured dozens of animals and managed to get approximately 60 animals adopted, according to data from the Association itself.
